Stone washer structure
The stone washing machine is composed of a motor, a tank, a shaft, a spiral blade, a reducer, and a bracket. The bracket is welded to the shaft, and the screw blade is installed and compressed with bolts to prevent the blade from deforming or sagging.

Working Reliability
The core stone washing system adopts the mixing principle of the mixer. The raw materials are rolled and pushed by the continuous spiral blades and the friction between the materials in the mixing drum, which has a strong effect, natural and high reliability.
Stone washer working principle
The aggregate containing mud and stone powder is fed in from the feed port and enters the rotating drum. The wear-resistant rubber lining board with a certain angle installed in the cleaning drum is continuously lifted and dropped, moving from the feeding end to the discharging end. During the process, it circulates many times and is rinsed and washed with forward or reverse washing water. The cleaned aggregate is sieved and dewatered by the discharge end cylinder screen and then discharged. The wastewater containing sludge flows out through the perforated baffle at the discharge or feed end.
