Bucket wheel sand washing machine working principle
When the machine works, the motor drives the impeller to run slowly after being decelerated by the v-belt, reducer and gear; Sand enters the wash trough through the feeding tank, rolls pushed by the impeller, and rubs mutually to remove the impurities covering the surface of the sand, it breaks the water vapour which favours dewatering.
At the same time, the strong water flow takes the impurities away and discharges from the overall. The clean sand is taken away by the impellers, and when rising, the water drops down to the wash-through from the nets, this can both dewater the sand and save waste; Finally, the sand is poured into the discharge chute and finished cleaning.
