Features of ceramic ball mill
1. The type of lining board can be changed: the ceramic ball mill can use different lining boards according to the different materials produced to meet different needs;
2. Uniform product particle size: because the ceramic ball mill has a grating plate at the discharge port to control the particle size of its discharge, it is difficult to discharge excessively large materials from the discharge port, so the content of large materials in the product is less and more materials meet the requirements;
3. Small footprint: Compared with other ball mills, the ceramic ball mill has a shorter length, so it has a small footprint, which can reduce the cost of land investment;
4. Stable operation: The main transmission device of the ceramic ball mill adopts a closed gear, so the stability of the transmission is enhanced.
Working principle of ceramic ball mill
The motor drives the cylinder to rotate through the deceleration device. The crushed ore and steel balls in the cylinder are brought to a certain height by friction and centrifugal force when the cylinder rotates. Gradually crushed by impact and grinding.
The crushed ore is discharged out of the barrel through the discharge part. After the discharged minerals are classified into qualified products in the spiral classifier, the coarse sand passes through the combined feeder and returns to the ball mill to continue grinding. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, the ore enters the ball mill continuously and uniformly through the combined feeder, and the ground materials are continuously discharged from the ceramic ball mill.
