Trading Process
Step 1: After receiving the order from the Mexican customer, we confirm with them the specific equipment specifications and requirements, including the model, size, weight and any special configuration of the Gold ball mill. We recommended a ball mill suitable for them according to their needs.
Step 2 : We coordinate the logistics team to prepare the goods. This includes packing the Gold ball mill to protect the equipment from damage during transport and arranging suitable modes of transport. Considering the size and weight of the equipment, we usually choose sea transportation as the main mode of transportation.
Step 3 : After the shipment arrives at the port of Mexico, we work with the local customs clearance agent to ensure that all the necessary documents are in place so that the clearance process can be completed smoothly. Once customs clearance is complete, we arrange inland transportation to transport the equipment to the customer’s designated location.
Step 4 : After the equipment arrives in Mexico, we send technical engineers to the site for installation and commissioning. Engineers instruct local staff on how to properly operate and maintain the Gold ball mill and ensure that the equipment can operate properly. Throughout the installation process, we closely monitor progress and resolve any issues that may arise in a timely manner.
Precautions During Operation
- Operation Procedures and Safety Norms
- Professional Training: Operators must receive professional training to understand the operating procedures, safety precautions, and emergency handling measures of the ball mill.
- Safe Operation: Strictly follow safety operating procedures, such as wearing personal protective equipment (gloves, goggles), using mechanical loading and unloading tools for grinding balls, and avoiding direct hand contact.
- Power Management: Ensure that the power cord connection is stable and well grounded to avoid safety hazards caused by electrical failures.
- Operation Monitoring and Adjustment
- Real Time Monitoring: During the operation of the ball mill, closely monitor parameters such as current, voltage, feed speed, and discharge particle size to ensure grinding effect and equipment safety.
- Timely Adjustment: According to the material grinding situation and equipment operation status, timely adjust parameters such as feed volume and ball configuration ratio.
- Shutdown and Maintenance
- Correct Shutdown: Before shutting down, stop feeding first, wait for the ore inside to be processed, then stop feeding water, and finally press the stop button and pull down the switch.
- Regular Overhaul: Develop a detailed overhaul plan, including monthly minor overhauls and quarterly major overhauls, checking the lubrication system, replacing wear parts, etc..
- Cleaning and Maintenance: Regularly clean the inside and outside of the equipment to remove accumulated dust, keeping the equipment clean and hygienic. At the same time, perform lubrication maintenance as required, using special lubricating oil.
