Project Implementation
Jamaican customers place orders through the online platform or directly with the sales team to select the ball mill model and configuration that suits their needs. After the order is confirmed, the two parties sign a formal contract, specifying the specific specifications of the equipment, the delivery date and the method of payment.
According to the requirements of the order, the production department began to manufacture the ball mill, and strictly controlled the quality during the manufacturing process to ensure that every step was in line with the technical standards.
Qualified baseball mills are professionally packaged to prevent any damage during long distance transportation. Use strong wooden boxes and shock-proof materials to protect equipment. The logistics team will arrange suitable shipping routes and handle relevant export customs clearance procedures to ensure that the equipment can be shipped smoothly.
Equipment is shipped to Jamaica by sea. Upon arrival at the port of destination, work with the local customs clearance agent to complete the import clearance procedures, including submitting the necessary documents (such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.), paying the relevant taxes and duties, and coordinating with customs officials to ensure the smooth entry of the equipment into Jamaica.
After customs clearance is completed, the equipment is sent to the customer’s designated place through inland transportation. Technical engineers go to the site to install and debug the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the ball mill.
During this process, engineers also conduct detailed training for the customer’s operators, teaching them how to properly operate and maintain the equipment. After the installation is complete, a comprehensive test is carried out to ensure that the equipment meets the expected performance indicators, and to provide the necessary technical support and service to the customer.
Tips for Cleaning Rod Mill
Regular cleaning: Set a regular cleaning cycle, such as weekly or monthly comprehensive cleaning. After each use, a simple cleaning should be carried out to remove residues and impurities.
Use the appropriate cleaning agent: Choose a cleaner suitable for the material of the rod mill and avoid chemicals that may cause corrosion or damage to it. For stubborn stains, professional industrial cleaners can be used, but be sure to test on a small area first to ensure that it will not cause damage to the equipment.
Clean up inside: Open the door or cover of the rod mill and remove dust and residue inside with a soft brush or vacuum cleaner. For corners that are hard to reach, you can clean them with a slender cleaning tool or compressed air.
Check and replace worn parts: During the cleaning process, check the grinding rod, liner and other parts of the rod mill for wear or damage. If serious wear or damaged parts are found, they should be replaced in time to ensure the performance and efficiency of the rod mill.
Lubrication and maintenance: After cleaning, the moving parts of the rod mill are lubricated to reduce friction and wear. Check the oil circuit and lubrication system of the equipment regularly to ensure that it is working properly.
