Simple process

Fly ash ball mill working principle
Choose according to the particle size of fly ash. The material is loaded into the cylinder by the hollow shaft at the feed end of the mill. When the cylinder of the ball mill rotates, the grinding body will stick to the nearby cylinder lining due to inertia, centrifugal force and friction. The board is taken away by the cylinder, and when it is brought to a certain height, it is thrown off due to its own gravity. The falling grinding body crushes the material in the cylinder like a projectile.
The material enters the mill cabin uniformly through the feeding device through the feeding hollow shaft spirally and uniformly. The cabin has a step liner or a corrugated liner with steel balls of different specifications. The rotation of the cylinder generates centrifugal force to bring the steel balls to a certain height and then fall down, It has a heavy blow and grinding effect on the material.
After the material reaches the rough grinding in the warehouse, it enters the warehouse through the single-layer partition board. The warehouse is lined with flat liners and steel balls to further grind the materials. The powder is discharged through the unloading grate to complete the grinding operation.
