Coal powder briquette press machine working principle
The coal powder briquette machine plays an important role in the forming process, and the profile wheel is the core part of the equipment. The equipment includes a pair of wheels with the same diameter and parallel axes with a certain gap. There are hemispherical sockets with regular arrangement, same size and uniform shape on the cast wheel.
When the motor starts to run, the pair of wheels starts to rotate at the same speed in opposite directions. When the material passes through the joint of the pair of wheels, it is compressed and reduced in volume under pressure. With the continuous rotation of the molding wheel, the ball socket is slowly closed, the material is subjected to greater force, and the volume is further compressed.
When the distance between the ball socket is extremely short, a large molding pressure is reached. Subsequently, the profile wheel rotates to gradually increase the distance between the ball sockets, and the molding pressure gradually decreases to achieve the goal of smooth ball removal.
