Our company’s magnesite rotary kiln is divided into eleven models according to the specifications and dimensions of the cylinder, ranging from Ø1.6×32m-Ø4×80m, with a cylinder diameter of 2.2m or more (including 2.2m) equipped with auxiliary transmission, and 3.0m or more (Including 3.0m) .
The support is changed from three groups to four groups, the kiln speed is 0.58- 2.85r/min, the slope is 3.5-4.0%, and the supporting main motor power is 18.5KW-355KW, which can meet the calcination of 2t -20t per hour magnesite products need.

Magnesite rotary kiln working principle
The magnesite is fed into the kiln through the kiln tail (high-end) chute. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the magnesite rolls along the circumference while moving axially from the kiln tail (high end) to the kiln head (lower end). Movement: fuel is injected into the kiln through the burner from the kiln head for combustion, and the heat is transferred to the magnesite in various ways, such as radiation, convection, conduction, etc. The magnesite is preheated, decomposed, and fired in the kiln. Calcined into calcined white and then discharged from the kiln head device.
