Rotary drum dryer working principle
When the rotary drum dryer is in the drying operation, when the temperature at the bottom of the rotary drum dryer reaches 400℃-800℃, the material is fed from the feeding port by the elevator, and the material is dispersed by the passing through under the action of gravity, and the dispersing device is evenly distributed Flow inside the rotary dryer (to ensure the heat exchange effect of the material inside the rotary dryer). The hot gas is generated by the lower hot blast stove, moves from bottom to top, contacts the material, and transfers heat to the material through heat conduction, convection, radiation and other methods, so that the temperature of the material is continuously increased, and the moisture is continuously evaporated, which meets the moisture requirements The material is discharged from the lower outlet, and the gas with water vapor is drawn out by the fan from the chimney.
