Ore powder dryer working principle
The ore powder dryer mainly consists of a heat source, a feeding device, a feeding conveyor, a rotary drum, a discharge conveyor, an induced draft fan, a dust collector, and a power distribution cabinet.
The working principle of this set of equipment is as follows: After the wet mineral powder enters the drying drum, it is divided into the following working areas: one is the guide area. The wet mineral powder enters this area and quickly evaporates water in contact with the high-temperature hot air. The mineral powder guides the material at a large lead angle. When the plate is moved, it will be led into the next working area if it fails to form a bond.
The second is to pick up the cleaning area, where the wet material is picked up by the plate to form a material curtain, and when the mineral powder falls, it is easy to form a sticking drum wall phenomenon. In this area, because the equipment is designed with a cleaning device, the cleaning device cleans the mineral powder adhering to the inner wall very reasonably. In this process, the cleaning device also breaks the agglomeration of the mineral powder, thereby increasing the heat exchange. The area increases the drying rate.
The third is the inclined lifting plate area, where the wet mineral powder is already in a low-moisture and loose state. There is no adhesion phenomenon in this area. After sufficient heat exchange, the mineral powder meets the requirements. The powder’s moisture state enters the discharging area.
The fourth is the discharging area, the drum is not equipped with a copy plate in this area, and the mineral powder slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
