Features of wet ball mill
1. The equipment transmission adopts large double-row spherical roller bearings instead of sliding bearings (using matching special lubricating oil), and the reliable lubrication of gears and other oil mist lubrication devices greatly reduces friction, and accelerates start-up and saves energy by 20-30%.
2. The optimized configuration of a grooved ring-shaped liner and high-manganese liner is adopted, which increases the surface area of the ball ore contact, strengthens the grinding effect, and improves the output quality of the ore;
3. It can process hundreds of metal and non-metal materials to achieve the effect of one machine with multiple functions;
4. Adopting multi-stage grinding, wet grinding method and forced discharging method can achieve large production capacity.
5. During operation, the temperature of the hollow shaft can be reduced, effectively protecting the mill liner, prolonging the life of the liner and ensuring the grinding effect.
6. Produced with a new design concept, the whole machine is more sturdy and easy to install.
Wet ball mill structure
1. Mill barrel: The mill barrel of the wet ball mill is composed of a barrel made of steel plate coils and two manholes with manhole frames. The two ends of the barrel are all machined, and the barrel is used for drilling holes. Lining the cylinder of the fixed mill.
2. End cover and trunnion: The inlet and outlet end covers of the mill are designed and manufactured by castings, and are connected with the barrel of the mill by bolts. Complete supporting trunnions are designed on the inlet and outlet end caps. The trunnion of the inlet end cover is designed as a fixed support, and the trunnion of the outlet end cover is designed as a floating support.
3. Main bearing: The bearing is installed on the trunnion of the end cover of the mill, and is kept in the installation position by a pressure ring. The bearing seat is made of carbon steel welding.
4. Base: The main bearing housing, main gearbox and main drive motor are all installed on the base of the wet ball mill. The base is equipped with adjusting bolts for easy adjustment. All anchor bolts are included in the scope of the base.
5. Feeding section: The feeding system of the mill is composed of an inlet chute lined with wear-resistant materials and a bearing seat and base that support its weight.
