Jaw crusher applications
Jaw crusher is widely used in mining, building materials, highway, rail way and hydropower industries, etc. The crushing and screening process can be finished at one time to produce the required size.ย
A jaw crusher is the primary crushing equipment in the crushing production line, it’s used to crush large stones (300-1200mm) into medium sizes (100-200mm), the fine type jaw crusher can produce 0-40mm aggregate, the production capacity range of the different model is from 1-1000 ton per hour.

This jaw crusher crushing chamber, a heavy eccentric shaft and a high manganese steel jaw plate, take advantage of high efficiency, strong crushing ability and low investment costs.
Jaw crusher working principle
The electromotor drives the belt and pulley to make the movable jaw move back and forth, up and down through the eccentric shaft. The raw material is crushed when the movable jaw plate moves towards the fixed jaw together with the movable jaw.
When the movable jaw and movable jaw plate turn back by eccentric shaft and spring, the raw material, is squashed or split before discharging from the bottom outlet under the jaw plate.
The bulk production comes true while the electromotor rotates continuously and the movable jaw crushes and discharges the raw material periodically.
