Apron feeder
Apron feeder also known as plate feeder, mainly used to continuously and uniformly supply and transfer various large heavy stones and ore to crushers, It is one of the important and indispensable equipment in the process of ore and raw material processing and continuous production.

Production capacity: 20-500t/h
Applicable materials: Bulk materials with bulk density not greater than 1.2t/m3, block weight not greater than 140kg, and temperature not greater than 350℃.
The apron feeder can be used for continuous and uniform feeding of the primary crusher in the crushing and grading workshop in large scale ore beneficiation plant, cement, building materials and other departments.

Apron feeder working principle
The apron feeder is driven by a motor and a speed reducer to rotate the head sprocket with a cogging structure so that the traction chain meshed with the sprocket will pull the conveying trough containing the material to move forward.
Carrying mechanism-the traction chain runs on the supporting wheels, and the supporting wheels support the conveying trough and bear the weight of the material and the running components.
The material is pushed down from the storage bin above the tail to the conveying trough and then moves forward with the conveying trough to the chute of the head cover to be discharged.
