High frequency screen
Application range:
High-frequency screens are widely used for dry and wet screening, grading and dehydration of various materials in industries such as mineral processing, coal preparation, chemical industry, brick making, food, pharmaceuticals, alkali making, fertilizer, papermaking and other industries.
High frequency screen area: 4.5-8.1 m²
Production capacity: 15-48 t/h
Introduction of high frequency screen
The high-frequency screen is also called the grading screen. The screening machine is composed of a vibration exciter, slurry distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension spring and screen mesh. The screening machine has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency.
Different from the principle of ordinary screening equipment, because the high-frequency screen adopts high frequency, on the one hand, it destroys the surface tension of the slurry and the high-speed oscillation of fine-grained materials on the screen surface and accelerates the high-density (specific gravity) useful minerals and segregation.
The effect increases the probability that materials smaller than the separated particle size come into contact with the sieve holes. This results in better separation conditions, so that the materials smaller than the separated particle size, especially the heavy particles and the ore slurry, pass through the sieve and become the under-sieve product.
High frequency screen features
1. The use of laminated screens increases the aperture of a single layer, which not only increases the service life of the screens but also has the effect of preventing blocking and abrasion.
2. The high-frequency screen rubber spring support screen frame has the effect of vibration isolation, sound absorption and noise reduction, and the equipment vibration is small.
3. High frequency and low amplitude are conducive to the separation and stratification of fine and heavy materials to speed up material screening.
4. Large material handling capacity and low energy consumption.
High frequency screen working principle
The sieving machine destroys the surface tension of the slurry and causes the fine-grained materials to oscillate at a high speed on the screen surface, accelerating the separation of useful minerals with greater gravity. And increases the probability that materials smaller than the separated particle size come into contact with the sieve holes so that the particles smaller than the separated particle size are in contact with the sieve.
The material, the particles with high specific gravity and the ore pulp pass through the sieve holes to become the under-sieve product, to realize the sieving.
