Sand mixer working principle
When working, the material is fed in from the middle of the grinding pan, and under the thrust of the scraper or its own centrifugal force, it enters under the roller to be crushed.
After being crushed many times, the particles that meet the required size will leak from the sieve holes around the grinding pan, and the coarse particles will return to the rollers and be crushed again.
The wheel mill mixer is suitable for crushing materials below medium hardness, such as silica and clay, or as a mixture of materials.
