Project Implementation
Customer Order and Confirmation: Arab customers place orders through the online platform or directly contact the sales team to select the grate mill model and configuration that suits their needs.
Equipment Manufacturing and Quality Inspection: According to the order requirements, the production department began to manufacture the grate-type ball mill. After the completion of manufacturing, strict quality inspection, including functional testing and safety checks, to ensure that the equipment fully conforms to the performance indicators specified in the contract.
Packing and Transportation Preparation: The qualified grate mill is professionally packed to prevent any damage during long-distance transportation. At the same time, the logistics team arranges suitable shipping routes and handles relevant export customs clearance procedures to ensure that the equipment can be shipped smoothly.
Shipping and Customs Clearance: Equipment is shipped to Arab countries by sea. Upon arrival at the port of destination, we cooperate with the local customs clearance agent to complete the import clearance procedures
Inland Transportation and Installation: After customs clearance, the equipment is sent to the customer’s designated location through inland transportation. Our technical engineers will go to the site to install and debug the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the grate mill.
Operator Training: After installation, our technical engineers will conduct detailed training for the customer’s operators, teaching them how to operate and maintain the equipment properly.
