Production and Shipment of Wet Ball Mill
- 1. Customer order and confirmation: Customers in the Republic of the Congo place orders through our online platform to select the wet ball mill model and configuration that suits their needs. After the order is confirmed, the two parties sign a formal contract, specifying the specific specifications of the equipment, the delivery date and the method of payment.
- 2. Equipment manufacturing and inspection: According to the order requirements, the production department began to manufacture wet ball mills. In the manufacturing process, we strictly control quality to ensure that every step complies with technical standards. After the completion of manufacturing, strict quality inspection, including functional testing and safety checks, to ensure that the equipment fully conforms to the performance indicators specified in the contract.
- 3. Packaging and transportation preparation: Qualified wet ball mills will be professionally packaged to prevent any damage during long-distance transportation. We use strong wooden cases and shock-proof materials to protect our equipment. At the same time, the logistics team arranges suitable shipping routes and handles relevant export customs clearance procedures to ensure that the equipment can be shipped smoothly. In addition, we provide our customers with detailed shipping plans so that they are ready to receive the goods.
- 4. Shipping and customs clearance: Equipment is shipped to the Republic of Congo by sea. Upon arrival at the port of destination, we work with local customs clearance agents to complete the import clearance procedures, pay the relevant taxes and coordinate with customs officials to ensure the smooth entry of equipment into the Congo.
- 5. Inland transportation and installation: After customs clearance is completed, the equipment is sent to the customer’s designated place through inland transportation. Our technical engineers went to the site to install and debug the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the wet ball mill. In the process, engineers also conduct detailed training for the customer’s operators, teaching them how to properly operate and maintain the equipment. After installation, we conduct comprehensive testing to ensure that the equipment meets the expected performance indicators and provide the necessary technical support and service to the customer.
Tips for Maintaining Wet Ball Mill
Check and change the lubricating oil regularly to ensure the good operation of the lubrication system. The new machine should be released after one month, thoroughly cleaned and replaced with new oil, and then replaced every 6 months. Monitor the lubrication of each lubrication point and check at least every four hours. The lubricating oil temperature of the main bearing should be kept below 55 ° C, and the maximum should not exceed 60 ° C.
Monitor the temperature of the main bearing, drive shaft and reducer to ensure that they are within the normal operating range.
Regularly inspect and tighten all bolts, especially anchor bolts and liner bolts, to prevent loosening or wear.
Check the wear of liner and grate regularly, and replace it if necessary.
keep the inside and outside of the equipment clean, timely clean residual materials to avoid corrosion or other damage to the equipment.
Check the electrical control part regularly to ensure that it is clean and dry to avoid faults caused by moisture or dust.
Pay attention to the operating status of the ball mill, if there is abnormal noise, strong vibration or current fluctuations, it should be stopped in time for inspection.
Establish a maintenance account and record the details of each overhaul so that the maintenance history of the equipment can be tracked and potential problems can be discovered in time.
In the cold season, pay special attention to anti-freezing measures, such as turning the three-way cock at the main bearing water intake to a waterproof position to discharge water and prevent freezing cracks
