Pouring mixer working principle
Feed the fly ash slurry or mixed slurry by the slurry pump into the mixing box, and start the mixing motor, the blades begin to rotate at high speed because the blades are inclined at a certain angle, and the slurry and other dry powder materials are pressed to the bottom of the box together when rotating. Turn up from the circumferential box wall.
To prevent the slurry from rotating on the box wall, 4 damping plates are installed on the inner wall of the box to prevent the slurry from flowing in a circle, and the slurry and other dry powder materials are forced to roll up and down. Circulating flow to achieve the purpose of uniform mixing.
When the slurry in the material box is evenly mixed, start the walking motor, and the planetary cycloid reducer drives the chain to drive the active axle to rotate, so that the pouring machine travels to the assembled mould frame, opens the butterfly valve to start pouring, and the pouring is complete After that, the flat car returns to the original fixed position, and a pouring cycle is completed.
