Introduction of agitation tank
The high-frequency screen is also called the grading screen. The screening machine is composed of a vibration exciter, slurry distributor, screen frame, frame, suspension spring and screen mesh. The screening machine has high efficiency, small amplitude and high screening frequency.
Different from the principle of ordinary screening equipment, because the high-frequency screen adopts high frequency, on the one hand, it destroys the surface tension of the slurry and the high-speed oscillation of fine-grained materials on the screen surface and accelerates the high-density (specific gravity) useful minerals and segregation.
The effect increases the probability that materials smaller than the separated particle size come into contact with the sieve holes. This results in better separation conditions, so that the materials smaller than the separated particle size, especially the heavy particles and the ore slurry, pass through the sieve and become the under-sieve product.
Agitation tank features
1. Reasonable structure
The agitation tank has a compact structure and good airtightness, and an ash baffle is set at the feed inlet to prevent the water mist from reversing.

During work, the residual ash rate is low, and the setting of the watershed at the bottom of the box ensures that there are no dead corners in the equipment.

Agitation tank working principle
The agitation tank is composed of a motor, an impeller, a stator, a bearing and other components, and a flat-bottomed barrel-shaped radiant circulating spiral impeller is used for the mechanical mixing method for mixing. When the stirring tank is working, the motor drives the V-belt transmission device to drive the impeller to rotate.
The pulp and the agent are fully mixed under the uniform stirring action of the impeller, which increases the reaction time of the agent to the pulp, strengthens the reaction quality of the drug, and obtains the material. Sufficient stirring and mixing will prepare the necessary conditions for the next stage of flotation machine production.
