Advantages of sludge dryer
1. The sludge drying machine has a strong capacity against overload, the capacity to deal with large amounts of processing, less fuel consumption and low drying cost.
2. By using the co-current drying method, the flue gas and wet materials from the same side get into the dryer, it uses high-temperature flue gas to obtain a high evaporation intensity, drying machine outlet temperature is low, high thermal efficiency.
3. The operating parameters can be changed according to the nature of different materials, so that the material can form a stable full-cut fabric curtain in the dryer cylinder body, and the heat exchange of the quality is more complete.

Sludge dryer working principle
There is a high-speed dispersing shaft inside the dryer to disperse the viscous sludge, solve the problem of sludge viscosity, and also improve the heat exchange efficiency. Set one, two, three, four, five and six drying process working areas in the dryer, and the final material moisture is less than 25%. The entire drying process is completed, and it is discharged from the dryer and enters the next process.
