Sludge dryer working principle
The sand material enters the dryer cylinder through the feeding chute, and the cylinder slowly moves at a certain inclination angle to the horizontal line, so that the sand material will move to the lower end at a uniform speed under the action of gravity. It will be in direct contact with the heat in the cylinder, and the material will be continuously picked up and scattered by the lifting board. The sand material can be continuously contacted and dried by the hot air in all directions and at multiple angles. This process is continuously carried out. , When the material is completely dried, the drying operation is completed.
