Four rotatif pour la bauxite
A bauxite rotary kiln is mainly a rotary kiln for bauxite processing and preparation. It consists of a rotary part, a supporting part, a transmission device, a kiln head cover, a kiln head and kiln tail seal, and a combustion device. Bauxite is a kind of hydrated alumina with a hardness of 1-3, opaque, and soft. It is widely used in the aluminum smelting industry and the precision manufacturing industry.
Capacité: 0,9-42t/h
Model: Ø1.4×33m-Ø3.2×50m
Outstanding features of bauxite rotary kiln
1. Low energy consumption, which can reduce the unit coal consumption by 40% compared with ordinary spherical top converters, with good stability and strong market price advantage;
2. The operation is simple, reliable, with few personnel and stable process;
3. Low environmental pollution, low maintenance and high operation rate;
4. It can be applied to a variety of fuels such as coal gas, pulverized coal and oil.
Bauxite rotary kiln working principle
The material enters the kiln from the end of the kiln (the higher end of the cylinder) for calcination. Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material both rolls in the circumferential direction and moves in the axial direction (from the higher end to the lower end). To continue to complete the process, the raw material enters the cooler through the kiln hood for cooling.
