VSI sand making machine application
1. Sand sand-making machine is used for producing building aggregate, concrete, aggregate for road surface and roadbed, asphalt concrete and cement concrete.

VSI sand making machineworking principle
1) Center Feeding:
Raw material falls into the feed hopper, and then the material enters the impeller through the central entrance hole. It is accelerated in a high-speed impeller, and then it is thrown out at the speed of 60-75m/s. When hitting the impact plate, it is crushed. Final products come downwards though outlet.
2) Ring Feeding:
Raw material falls into a feed hopper, and then through a ring, it is divided into two parts by a material-dividing plate. One enters into the impeller through the centre of the material-dividing plate. The other falls from outside of the material-dividing plate. Material, which is thrown out by the impeller at the speed of 60-75m/s, is hit coming down from outside of the material-dividing plate. In this way, material is crushed.
