Four rotatif au dioxyde de titane

The titanium dioxide rotary kiln is mainly used in many production industries such as building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry, refractory materials, and environmental protection.

Capacité: 180-10000t/j

Model: Ø1.6×32m-Ø4×80m

Application materials: Titanium dioxide, cement, clay, limestone, slag, sludge, hazardous waste, garbage, metal ore, etc.

Outstanding features of titanium dioxide rotary kiln

1. Structurally: the titanium dioxide rotary kiln is composed of a rotary cylinder, a supporting device, a supporting device with retaining wheels, a kiln head, a kiln tail sealing device, and a coal injection pipe device;

2. Components: In addition to the main drive, the transmission part of the titanium dioxide rotary kiln is also equipped with an auxiliary transmission device to ensure that the kiln body can rotate slowly and prevent the kiln body from deforming when the main drive power supply is interrupted. The kiln head of the titanium dioxide rotary kiln adopts a shell-and-cover seal, and the kiln end is equipped with an axial contact sealing device to ensure the reliability of the seal.;

3. Functionally: The titanium dioxide rotary kiln has the function of heat exchange, and the kiln has a relatively uniform temperature field, which can meet the heat exchange requirements of each stage of the material formation process.;

4. Seal: the titanium dioxide rotary kiln has a reliable two-end combined scale seal, which makes the air leakage coefficient less than 10% and uses composite refractory materials to reduce radiant heat loss.

5. Installation: The kiln body of the titanium dioxide rotary kiln is inclined to the level. The whole kiln body is supported by the supporting roller device and has a retaining wheel device to control the up and down movement of the kiln body.

Titanium dioxide rotary kiln working principle

The filtered titanium dioxide hydrolysate filter cake is fed into the tail end of the titanium dioxide rotary kiln with a certain slope and slowly rotating (the high end of the cylinder), and the combustion and mixing chamber in the direction of the kiln head (the low end of the cylinder) will be clean The flame and hot air blow into the kiln to dehydrate and calcin the filter cake.

The hydrolyzed titanium dioxide filter cake, after being dehydrated and calcined at a high temperature above 1000°C, is rolled in the circumferential direction and moved in the axial direction (from the high end to the low end) with the help of the inclined titanium dioxide rotary kiln to complete the dehydration and calcination process.

Then it enters the cooler through the double hydraulic turnover plate discharge valve at the lower part of the kiln head cover, and the material, after cooling and sieving, is the finished product of titanium dioxide.
