Impact crusher application
PF impact crusher can process many kinds of materials with a max feed size of less than 500mm and crushing strength of less than 360 MP(such as limestone, gypsum, concrete, etc.).
Impact crushers are utilized in aggregate production, mining operations, as well as in recycling applications. Depending on the type of impact crusher, they are known for either high reduction ratios or capabilities to produce precisely shaped, cubical end products. Impact crushers can be used in all different stages of size reduction from primary crushing to the last step of the crushing process.
It is widely used in metallurgy, mining, cement, chemical engineering, fire-resistant materials, ceramics and other industrial sectors, as well as in expressway construction, water conservancy projects, building crushed stone, machine-made sand process fields, etc.
Impact crusher working principle
When the crusher works, the motor drives the rotor to rotate with high speed, on the rotor where installed the hammers. When the materials get into the area which the hammer effect, under the impact function of the hammer at a high speed, the materials are thrown to the impact device above the rotor continuously.
Then the materials are rebounded from the impact liner to the area where the hammers effects to being recrushed. The materials from large to small all to be crushed at the impact chamber repeatedly.
