Coal dryer working principle
The coal powder drying process is mainly divided into the following work areas:
One is the guide area, where the wet pulverized coal enters this area and quickly evaporates water in contact with the high-temperature hot air. The material will not form a sticky stool when the material is moved by the large guide angle. It is led to the next working area.
The second is the dispersing area, where the pulverized coal is dispersed by the dispersing device, thereby increasing the heat exchange area of coal slime and hot air.
The third is the inclined lifting plate area, where the crushed wet coal powder is raised by the lifting plate in this area to form a material curtain. At this time, the material is in full contact with the hot air, and the moisture in the wet coal powder quickly evaporates into water vapour, and the water vapour is then drawn away by the induced draft fan to achieve the purpose of drying; When the material falls, it is easy to form the phenomenon of sticking to the wall of the drum.
The equipment is designed with a cleaning device in this area. The cleaning device can clean the material adhered to the inner wall very reasonably; the wet coal powder is dried into a low-moisture loose state in this area, and after the exchange, the material reaches the required moisture state and enters the discharging area.
The fourth is the discharging area, the drum is not equipped with a copy plate in this area, and the material rolls and slides to the discharge port in this area to complete the entire drying process.
