Cement mill application
A cement mill is mainly used for final product grinding in cement plants. It can also be used for grinding all kinds of mineral ore and other materials in metallurgy, chemical, power plants and other industrial and mining enterprises. It can be used for grinding with the open circuit or closed circuit with a separator. Cement mill has features of high adaptability to raw materials, continuous production and a big grinding rate.
Cement ball mills can produce powder from various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with Mohs hardness below 9.3 and humidity below 6%, such as barite, limestone, kaolinite, Ceram slags, etc. The Product size is adjustable in the range of 80-425 mesh.
Cement ball mill feature
(1) Ordinary cement ball mills: Ordinary cement ball mills are mostly used in circulating grinding systems. They are characterized by high grinding efficiency, large mill output, and low power consumption, especially when grinding slag cement. Generally, the output of the mill can be increased by 15-20%, and the power consumption can be reduced by about 10%. In addition, the temperature of the finished product can be reduced by 20-40℃, and the fineness of the product can be easily adjusted.
(2) High-fine and high-yield cement ball mill: High-fine and high-yield cement ball mill is mainly used in open-flow grinding systems. It is characterized by simple system equipment and process flow, low investment, and small plant area; in the structure of the mill, it adopts an advanced internal powder separation special compartment device, an activation device is added to the fine grinding silo, and a special discharge grate is provided at the end of the mill. The plate reduces the size of the grinding media in the grinding chamber, greatly improves the grinding efficiency, and achieves the purpose of high output and low energy consumption.
Cement mill working principle
The cement ball mill is composed of a horizontal simplified form, a hollow shaft for feeding and discharging materials, and a grinding head. The simplified form is a long cylinder. The cylinder is equipped with a grinding body. The cylinder is made of steel plate.
A steel liner is fixed to the cylinder. The grinding body is general. It is a steel ball, which is packed into a cylinder according to different diameters and a certain proportion. The grinding body can also be made of steel. When the cement ball mill is running, the barrel of the equipment rotates, and the cement raw material and the grinding ball are close to the liner under the action of centrifugal force.
Due to the friction force, the barrel will bring the material and the grinding ball to a certain height, under the action of gravity. The grinding ball and the material fall at the same time, the grinding ball crushes the material, and the material has sliding friction against the liner, which has a grinding effect on the material, to achieve the purpose of grinding the material.
