Spiral Classifier Application :
The classifier is widely used in ore dressing plants and ball mills to form a closed loop process to split ore sand, or used in gravity concentrators to classify ore and fine mud, metal ore dressing process for particle size classification of ore slurry, and ore washing operations Desliming, dewatering and other operations.

Reliable, convenient and flexible operation: The water inlet and shaft head of the screw shaft adopt pig iron sleeve, which is reliable in operation; the quality of stone powder is easy to control, and the content of stone powder in 0.00-0.75mm is adjustable between 2% and 15%.
Spiral classifier working principle
The classifier is based on the principle that the solid particles are different in size and specific gravity, so the sedimentation speed in the liquid is different.
The fine ore particles float in the water and overflow, and the coarse ore particles sink to the bottom of the tank. discharged by a screw to the upper part for mechanical grading. It can filter the material from the ball mill, and then screw the coarse material into the feed port of the mill using the spiral blade.
The filtered fine material is discharged from the overflow pipe. The base of the machine is made of channel steel, and the body is welded by steel plates. The water inlet and shaft head of the screw shaft adopts a pig iron sleeve, which is wear-resistant and durable. The lifting device is divided into two types: electric and manual.
