Advantages of cement dryer
The main components of the cement dryer are the cylinder, the motor, the control system, the protection circuit and the auxiliary devices. The details are as follows:
1. Cylinder body: This is an important part of the casing. We are cast from new materials and treated with super wear resistance, so the quality of the equipment will be more guaranteed.
2. Motor: It is the core component of the equipment. Its function and role are to complete the normal start-up and operation of the equipment. Only a motor with good performance can make the equipment more efficient.
3. Control system: As the software controls part of the equipment, it mainly completes the adjustment and control of the equipment, and can adjust the drying intensity according to the moisture content of the material.
4. Protection circuit: In order to avoid greater damage to the equipment, we install a protective circuit around the equipment motor. The sensitivity of this circuit is very high, so the equipment will run longer.
Cement dryer working principle
The dryer cylinder is a rotating cylinder with a horizontal line and a slightly sloping. The heat carrier and the material together flow into the cylinder. with the rotation of the cylinder, the materials flow into the bottom of barrel under the gravity. during the materials move forwards, they directly or indirectly get the heat, so that the wet material is dried, then at the feed end of the screw conveyor belt machine or sent out.
